We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in quotes, leads, customer conversions, vendor responses, business growth, savings, compatibility with a specific provider, or any particular business outcome.

7. NetGCS Products and Add-On Services

The Service may present NetGCS products or services, including gift card, eGift, loyalty, rewards, or advisory-related offerings, as optional recommendations or add-ons. Any purchase or use of NetGCS products or services may be subject to separate agreements, policies, or service terms.

By submitting your contact information through the Service, you authorize us to contact you regarding your request, recommendations, follow-up information, product details, demos, onboarding assistance, or related business communications, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETGCS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETGCS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETGCS’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), UNLESS A DIFFERENT AMOUNT IS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NetGCS and its affiliates, officers, owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your submitted information, or your violation of these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect information.

15. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
